Senior Search & Retention Consultant @ Tangent International

My customer and I are currently searching for a Financial Controller to enter the KSA branch and oversee all aspects of the financial department. This responsibility includes financial reporting, budgeting and auditing.

Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with all applicable financial reporting standards
Develops and implements accounting policies and procedures
Prepares and presents financial statements to the senior management
Provides financial analysis and support to senior management
Reporting to local CFO in Saudi Arabia

Demonstrated experience working as a Controller or Manager of finance
A strong understanding of the entire financial department
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred
Healthcare sector experience - ideally working for a multi-national organisation
