Call Centre Agent Job Location : UAE Key Responsibilities: • Contact existing and potential customers to promote company products and services. • Accurately document customer purchase orders and process all purchases accordingly. • Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue. • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with company offerings. • Foster solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. • Utilize company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and address customer rejections. • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make informed recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
