Job Summary To develop and manage individual sales targets to achieve maximum profitability and growth for Automotive Lubricants. Responsibilities

  • Promote and achieve the sales of Automotive Lubricants by developing new external customers.
  • Ensure that all sales are carried out in accordance with the cash and credit norms prescribed by the Finance & Audit department.
  • Provide input for material forecasting activities and maintain optimum inventory levels by implementing a perfect ordering mechanism in association with the demand planner.
  • Promote a favorable image to all external stakeholders by monitoring customer service levels, assisting in the resolution of all sales issues, and actively following programs and systems to ensure customer delight.
  • Ensure that all sales-related documents and communications are filed and stored according to the documents policy prescribed by the finance and audit departments of the organization.
  • Implement effective advertising and promotional plans with the guidance of the manager to achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify emerging market shifts and communicate with management while being fully aware of new products and competition status through extensive market knowledge.
  • Attend training conducted by principals or the learning and development department to improve sales & professional skills.
  • Complete reports, presentations, and SAP transactions as per the SOPs and management directions to accomplish organizational capabilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer delight in everything you do.
  • Collect payments from customers promptly as per the agreed payment terms and obtain balance confirmation on their Statement of Accounts to maintain dispute-free customer accounts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Automotive industry background is a must along with relevant experience in Automotive Lubricants.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented.
