Architectural Designer Job Location : UAE Key Responsibilities: • Lead design reviews and provide technical expertise to the team. • Ensure designs align with client needs and adhere to UAE regulations, industry best practices, and specifications. • Manage the design production process to align it with the program's strategic objectives. • Develop and implement design management practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships. • Assist in creating a project plan for architectural design phases. • Oversee daily design monitoring activities and participate in team meetings. • Communicate design-related project KPIs, targets, and instructions to stakeholders. • Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. • Provide status reports on design milestones, deliverables, and risks. • Participate in feasibility studies, vendor selections, and proposal evaluations. • Act as an internal quality control check for architectural design documentation. • Ensure designs are delivered according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Requirements : • BSc in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent. • Experience in designing building projects (villas and community facilities) within a consulting environment in Abu Dhabi. • Minimum 10 years overall experience. • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. • Minimum 5 years working in the Middle East.
