DevOps Engineer (Junior) - 2 years Contract

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer (I) to join our growing team! This role is important to support our DevOps practices and infrastructure. You will be working on: Configure and maintain the CICD pipelines incorporating streamlined change and release management process Maintain tools for configuration management, build, continuous integration, and deployment, reporting, monitoring etc. Implement and operate monitoring and alerting tools Implement scripts to automate server, CICD and other relevant tasks Participate and implement capacity planning and risk management Explore and adopt new and creative DevOps approaches to improve production reliability and availability. Implement security practices that comply with standards to protect the organization's data & infrastructure. Working in highly collaborative teams and building cloud systems. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced environment. Able to work independently with little supervision or guidance Requirements To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related Information Technology related disciplines Hands-on experience working on AWS. Knowledge with Azure and Google Cloud is a plus Hands on experience with IaC such as terraform and opentofu Hands on experience with linux server administration, shell scripting with bash. Other scripting language is a plus Basic knowledge on OS, networking, computing Strong technical aptitude, good interpersonal skills, oral and written Good understanding and experience with Agile projects such as SCRUM and KANBAN Join us and discover a meaningful and exciting career with Assurity Trusted Solutions!
