Program Management Lead- Leading Conglomerate (Consumer/ retail)

We are partnering with an established regional MNC in the consumer/retail space to identify a Program Management Lead. This company has been undergoing an interesting transformation journey and is looking for a strong Program Manager to lead these initiatives. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Transformation Head, you will work closely with business leaders from multiple business lines to manage a group-wide portfolio of projects. You will be involved in establishing project management standards and methodologies, while overseeing project managers for the delivery of projects/programs on time and within budget. S4 Hana transformation, various integration of systems to ERP, and various large-scale automation projects are some examples of deliverables. Requirements: Degree qualified, you have a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing mid to large scale, multi-year programs in a complex environment. Proven delivery experience in ERP integration in a highly complex environment is preferred. A strong PMO governance mindset with effective stakeholder management skills is essential for this role.
