We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an intern to work in the Corporate Support function at GSK. The intern will work under the supervision of the APAC Delivery and Performance Director from the Workplace, Real Estate & Facilities Department (WREF), accountable to deliver workplace solutions and a great workplace experience to all employees. The intern will collaborate internally with different departments in the company, and also externally with consultants and contractors in the building industry. You will be required to: Support various workplace-related initiatives within GSK, coordinating with different stakeholders in delivering outcomes. Support the workplace delivery process, from due diligence, drafting business cases, simple financial analysis, to project delivery and ensuring project compliance. Support the delivery of our strategic agenda: Corporate Culture, Environmental Sustainability & Governance (ESG), Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Employee Experience (EX), Risk & Compliance, etc. What are we looking for? Good written and oral communication skills. Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment. Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams.
