Job details
Responsibilities: Provide user support on desktops, printers, and network and IT security-related issues. Perform daily end-of-day processing and ensure backup of servers is performed successfully. Monitor and take necessary action on SIEM alerts from all servers and devices. Monitor vulnerability reports and patch the servers, PCs, and security devices as recommended by the ISO. Maintain hardware & software inventory and manage maintenance support with vendors. Actively prepare and participate in the annual DR exercise. Maintain Windows GPO on Windows 2019/2022 servers and SQL administration. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of IT. #J-18808-Ljbffr
