Learn more about us here - Role Overview As we expand our digital marketing initiatives, we’re looking for a curious, creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can transform our ideas into polished, compelling videos that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating native video content for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn and our website, focusing on educating, engaging, and converting our target personas in the B2B energy management sector. We're open to flexible hiring - to start with one project and convert the position to full-time if the candidate is a good fit. Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into professional-quality videos, including case studies, tutorials, and product demos.
- Motion Graphics: Incorporate animations, infographics, and text overlays to enhance video content.
- Creative Storytelling: Use innovative techniques to communicate complex energy management concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Platform Optimization: Tailor videos for various platforms, ensuring alignment with audience preferences and technical specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand project goals and deliver impactful content.
- Quality Control: Ensure videos align with Energeia’s brand voice and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Content Repurposing: Edit long-form videos into short, platform-specific clips for social media and other channels.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in B2B or technical industries.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
- Design Skills: Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Storytelling Ability: A keen sense of narrative structure, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on ensuring visual and audio quality.
- Creative Vision: Ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Knowledge of Marketing Trends: Familiarity with video trends, especially for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
