Job Responsibilities: Assist in design, detail development & tender documentation Liaise with Authorities to obtain statutory approval Liaise with clients and manage project-relevant issues Coordinate and liaise with the various consultants and project team Assist in administering contracts and on-site supervision Ensure design quality and authority compliance Job Requirements: Have flair in design Proficient in skills in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture Graduated with a recognized Diploma, or Degree in Architecture, or equivalent from a local or foreign university Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience Able to work independently in managing a range of projects Good technical knowledge and familiarity with prevailing regulations and codes (URA, BCA, etc.) is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
