Common Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for providing budget oversight and making policy recommendations. Oversee a range of human resources programs designed to fulfill the organization’s present and future staffing needs, ensuring that employees are effectively recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated, and rewarded in alignment with the organization's HR strategy. These programs may encompass areas such as recruitment, training and development, compensation/remuneration, benefits, performance evaluations, organizational development, relocation, equal employment/affirmative action, health, safety, employee wellness, payroll, communications, and labor relations. Key Activities: Collaborate with functional or operational managers to create and execute local human resource strategies that meet business needs while aligning with the broader organizational HR objectives. Assess the organization's future workforce requirements and propose adjustments to HR programs to meet those evolving needs. Lead, supervise, assess, and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective implementation of the organization's HR strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations, laws, and employment standards while maintaining budget constraints. Demonstrate expertise in recruitment management, integrating both daily management and strategic functions to influence the medium-term success of the department and potentially impact overall organizational performance. Establish and maintain HR planning, control, and reporting activities to ensure smooth operations. Oversee payroll activities to ensure accurate and timely employee payments, adhering to company policies and applicable legislation. Requirements: A minimum of 7 – 10 years of HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry. A relevant university degree. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
