Location: [[location_obj]] Position Category: Assessors Position Type: Contractor On Demand This role is operating as a "Self-Employed Contractor" and you will be covering work as a Food Safety Auditor in Kuwait. You will be responsible for delivering non-accredited food safety audits for the Retail & Hospitality Team. This is for specific audits covering Fast Food Outlets as required by our client in Kuwait. You will deliver high-quality assessments/audits and inspections that meet the needs of customers’ specific requirements in an efficient and professional manner. Responsibilities:

• Providing your monthly availability for the proposed work.
• Plan and manage the work given within the timescales agreed with the client.
• Complete environmental audits, including food safety, health & safety, and fire safety audits, in accordance with legal and client-driven requirements in line with specific country codes.
• Complete audit reports immediately after audit and submit on the day of the audit.
• Ensure any errors on the reports are corrected and updated when requested within 12 hours of the request.
• Keep your Line Manager or Lead Auditor appraised of client requests during audits.
• Allow Shadow and Witness Audits from the client, the line manager, or senior team as required.
• Maintain Continuous Personal Development (CPD) and take on additional training as required when new clients are onboarded.
• Maintain a high level of IT skills in line with equipment and software used in the business and provide your own laptop or tablet for this work.

Requirements:

• Audit experience in Food Safety or Health & Safety.
• Minimum qualification of Level 4 in Food Safety / HACCP.
• Minimum qualification of Level 4 in Health & Safety.
• Experience in Retail audits & Hospitality audits.
