HR & Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Clerical support for visa application.
- Prepare and process visa (new/renewal), trade license (new/renewal) and manage company documents.
- Prepare memo, invoices or other reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/telephone/fax.
- Schedule appointments and update event calendars.
- Prepare reports, payments, and presentations for internal communications.
- Collaborate with the recruiter to post ads on career pages and process incoming resumes.
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training.
- Process employee requests and provide relevant information.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Maintain records (soft and hard copies).
HR Support Required:
- Manage medical insurance applications, cancellations, and renewals.
- Gather employee data and maintain the database; review and combine this information into established reports.
- Assist with specific projects related to HR Administration, Compensation and Benefits, and Recruitment.
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and binding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or similar field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in HR in Riyadh. Candidates must be familiar with local HR-related regulations, systems, HR payroll systems, etc.
- Ability to make the needed connections between systems, processes, and individuals to facilitate change.
- Demonstrated a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Arabic and English as working languages.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws in KSA.
