We’re recruiting ‘IT Service Desk Agent’ for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Description:
In this role, we’re looking for someone who is responsible for providing first line remote support for various technical areas like Desktop/Laptops, Virtual Desktops, Printers, MFPs, User account and access management, etc.Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the first line of support to meet customer needs in Arabic and English.
- Responds to end user requests for IT assistance via phone, email, and web.
- Coordinates activities with bank's IT teams and/or external support teams to complete incident resolution or fulfill a service request.
- Identifies and escalates incidents and problems requiring urgent attention.
- Coordinates with Resolvers/Fulfillers, IT Service Providers, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Education and Certifications: Graduate in Computer Science (Preferred) or Graduate in Science with a Diploma or Certification in IT.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Must be bilingual in Arabic and English.
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
