Basic $4000 - $5200 + Variable Bonus + Allowances Excellent Welfare and Benefits + Career progression Working location: West / Northeast (Both location available) Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri) BMS (Building Management System) // ACMV // Control Valve Mechanical Engineering - Training Provided Job Responsibilities: Liaison with Subcontractors: Coordinate with subcontractors for project updates and service execution, ensuring alignment with technical specifications. Monitor subcontractor performance to uphold quality and safety standards. Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding service inquiries and project progress. Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements, timelines, and address any concerns. Project Management: Track and manage service projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications. Assist in preparing and submitting project documentation, including service reports and compliance materials. Coordination of Meetings: Organize and participate in internal and external meetings to discuss project status and resolve issues. Prepare agendas and meeting notes, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project activities, subcontractor communications, and client interactions. Generate regular progress reports for management and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in service delivery and communication. Collaborate with team members to implement best practices, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
