This individual holds full responsibility for managing the project's Cost, Quality, Delay, and Performance metrics. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities Engage with the client and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Deliver the project in accordance with Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), contractual, and safety commitments made at the contract signing. Build and manage project workloads based on project planning, lead the Project Core Team operationally, and set project priorities. Monitor and follow up on actions with various stakeholders, including offshore and onshore teams, clients, operators, and suppliers. Coordinate with different sites for support and knowledge-sharing, ensuring the timely dissemination of critical information, technical expertise, and best practices. Adhere to Project Management Processes, Methods & Tools. Accountable for delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Repair exchange within 1 working day, Part support, Quality Assurance, and Technical/Specialist support for the project. Establish Key Project Indicator Metrics to measure and enhance project quality performance and incorporate lessons learned. Ensure compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and conduct systematic reviews before commencing site work. Forecast and anticipate project workload requirements with the Project Core Team. Participate in and prepare Monthly Project Reviews for internal and customer management. Collaborate with Services Projects Director and Customer Director to define, review, and adjust project strategies periodically. Assist Customer Director in proposing and negotiating variation orders and claims with the customer. Facilitate customer acceptance of the project. Establish and regularly review the risk register. Lead the mobilization phase and set up the front office. Demonstrated experience in project management execution Profound understanding of business processes Strong knowledge of signalling system design Proficiency in Services/Maintenance operations Extensive experience in planning and deploying designs PMI Certification is advantageous Responsibilities Lead site commissioning activities for radio-based train control systems, overseeing Functional tests, SAT, and SIT to ensure thorough testing of signalling system interfaces. Manage test and commissioning of On-Board, Wayside, and Radio systems. Collaborate with Engineering/suppliers for design changes based on test results. Record, report, and endorse test results as needed. Ensure timely, logical, and cost-effective testing activities. Work with the Engineering team to evolve drawings until the as-built stage. Build strong relationships with client teams to facilitate successful handover and post-implementation operation of projects. Plan and schedule site ITC activities aligned with the rolling and master program. Produce red corrections based on released drawings and rectify failures during the T&C phase. Raise NCR/MNCR/Fault reports for identified issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
