Dutch speaking Team Leader - remote   Job description: As a team leader at our client you will be responsible for managing and developing a remote working team within the sales department. You will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager in Europe and have a key role in guiding your team to success. You will not only contribute to the growth and ambition of our client, but also to the personal development of your employees.    This is you:

  • An inspiring leader who knows how to motivate, coach and develop people effortlessly.
  • Experience in the sales world
  • Experience leading a team
  • Fluent Dutch Speaker
  • Have a valid work permit to work in South Africa
  • Ability to travel to Durban and or Europe when if required
  • You have fast and reliable internet and a quiet working space at home
  • You show initiative, are entrepreneurial and have a pragmatic approach to business.
  • You have an HBO working and thinking level and have previously worked as a supervisor, team leader, coach or manager.
  • Excellent communication skills and eye for detail
  • Results-oriented, strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the customer contact industry is an advantage.
