Responsibilities Manage the development of internal engineering productivity tools and environments. Provide DevOps architecture implementation and operational support. Plan and architect cloud deployments for private and public clouds. Develop and operate continuous integration and deployment pipelines. Ensure high levels of automation, scalability, availability, and resilience. Automate monitoring systems to detect, predict, and prevent issues. Conduct research into software issues and recommend solutions. Work collaboratively in teams to build quality environments using cutting-edge tools and techniques. Document processes and best practices for future-proofing the technical environment. Mentor team members through hands-on coding, often in a pair programming setup. Requirements Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines. Strong knowledge and experience in DevOps automation, containerization, and orchestration using Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Docker. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or JavaScript. Cloud computing deployment and management experience with AWS or Azure. Strong understanding of networking and Agile project methodologies. Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and principles. Preferred Skills Experience with highly scalable distributed systems. Broad knowledge of operating systems, networking, distributed computing, and cloud computing.
