*Requirement: CCNP Certified Responsible for managing day to day support of operational tasks, requests, incidents and changes meeting customer’s requirements and agreed service levels. Perform and support regular preventive maintenance tasks. The activities include: Respond and handle customer requests/queries Incident resolution Change and Service Request fulfilment Problem ticket closure Preventive maintenance tasks fulfilment Vulnerability assessment Assist the Team Lead/Operations Manager to train and guide junior team members Develop and enhance NOC team capability Key Responsibilities Experienced in troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software issues, analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues/incidents. Analyzing, troubleshooting, and correcting network problems remotely and on-site Documenting incident RCA reports, system configuration, and network system performance tuning Ensuring security compliance, patching, health checks & hardening remediation Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems Performing standard or project change requests as per change window Providing on-call 24 x 7 support on a rotating basis Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes Performing Preventive Maintenance Participating in customer weekly sessions Qualifications and Competencies Education and Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent Work Experience: 3 Years of experience in Network support and maintenance (LAN/WAN) Interested candidates please click on the following link to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOLKELLY job application platform - GO Mobile.
