JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Project Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our project management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth project execution by maintaining organized documentation and providing administrative support. This role is essential in enhancing the productivity of the project team by enabling them to focus on strategic objectives and project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to project executives and managers.
  • Manage and coordinate project schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
  • Organize project files, documents, and records to ensure easy access to information.
  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to project executives.
  • Support project budgeting and expense tracking activities.
  • Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the project management team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to project activities and documentation.
