Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description We can offer you the following tasks:

Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance and development of all processes and systems related to Accounting, Financial and Reporting functions.
Develop and manage the staff engaged with these functions and activities.
Develop, manage and optimize the relationship with external companies engaged with the functions and activity.
Know all MAN ES Accounting, Financing incl. Financial Principles and Guidelines ensuring adherence to them.
Oversee the month-end closing including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation as well as preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting requested by Top Management.
Ensure proper filing of tax returns and adherence to Transfer Pricing Rules.
Create and manage preparation of management accounting and project reports.
Supervise introduction and operation of financial section of SAP system and corresponding processes.
Ensure proper invoicing processes in all departments including intercompany invoicing.
Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports with monthly Profit and Loss and according forecast and budgets by division and profit center. Hence lead the financial planning and analysis process.
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
Coordinate and participate in monthly management meetings by locations and business units.
Assist managers in domestic locations in utilizing financial information to identify areas of profitability, growth, and productivity improvements.
Manage the accounting, tax and compliance functions of the company.
As a compliance champion continuously, strive to be up to date in compliance matters.
Control Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and ensure timely payment by customers.
Oversee cash planning and expenditure of capital investments and asset management.
Oversee financing transactions as well as banking relationships.

You can help us with these qualifications:

Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance & Accounts or business administration
Post-graduate professional Certificate (CPA, CMA, CA, etc.) is an additional advantage.
IFRS knowledge
6+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance in a multinational company
Strong controlling experience to ensure compliance in accounting policies and alignment with processes and internal controls
Must have excellent working knowledge of Advanced Excel, IT and ERP systems
Good organizational and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in SAP Business One
