Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

Objective:

The IT Contract Analyst is responsible for managing the contractual relationships between ASMO and its IT vendors or service providers. Their primary role is to ensure that IT contracts are negotiated, executed, and managed efficiently, while mitigating legal and financial risks.

General Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with IT vendors or service providers, ensuring alignment with ASMO's policies, legal requirements, and business needs.
  • Draft and review contracts, including master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), service level agreements (SLAs), and other contract documents.
  • Participate in the vendor selection process by assessing vendor capabilities, conducting due diligence, and evaluating proposals; review and analyse vendor contracts, pricing models, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance, value for money, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, regulatory requirements, and ASMO's policies.
  • Monitor and track vendor performance against contractual obligations and service level agreements, addressing any deviations or non-compliance issues; identify and assess contractual risks, such as intellectual property rights, data security, indemnification, and liability issues.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate risks, resolve contract-related disputes, and negotiate settlements, if necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications, clarifications, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and track contract-related financials, including vendor payments, invoicing accuracy, and contract expenditures; identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate favourable pricing, and optimize contract terms to achieve financial objectives.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, including contract documents, amendments, correspondence, and related documentation; prepare and present contract-related reports, metrics, and updates to the IT Planning Manager.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing Manager to develop and maintain a quality-driven preferred supplier list.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in contract management, business administration or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
  • 5 years experience in the same Field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
  • CCCM, CPCM or any relevant certification preferred.
