Job Summary: As a Solar Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solar energy systems and projects. You will play a key role in advancing renewable energy solutions, optimizing the performance and efficiency of solar power systems, and contributing to sustainable energy goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including site assessment, system sizing, and layout.
- Conduct feasibility studies and perform technical analysis for solar energy projects.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, construction managers, and project coordinators.
- Analyze system performance data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project proposals.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology and industry trends.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing solar PV systems.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies, including PV modules, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
- Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
