We are seeking an experienced and dynamic software Application Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Application Development and Integration solutions, with a focus on eservices and Digital Transformation Solutions, Process Automation, Digital Signature, Correspondences Management System, IA Chatbots, and Mobile Apps. This role requires a strong technical background, an established network, and a proven track record in selling complex application solutions. B. Accountabilities: Sales and Business Development:

  1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
  2. Understand and meet customer needs by proposing appropriate solutions.
  3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  4. Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
  5. Maintain and enhance sales team processes.
Technical Expertise:
  1. Possess strong knowledge in application development and integration.
  2. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  3. Provide detailed product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  4. Have a deep understanding of the GCC/Kuwaiti market and culture.
  5. Adapt sales strategies to align with regional and cultural nuances.
  6. Leverage knowledge of the local market to gain a competitive edge.
Client Relationship Management:
  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  2. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  3. Provide exceptional after-sales support.
  4. Close follow-up and support of the PM during project execution.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
  1. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
  2. Prepare regular reports on account status, market trends, and sales outcomes.
  3. Analyze market strategies and adjust to meet targets.
C. Qualifications:
  1. Proven track record of successfully managing large deals and meeting sales quotas.
  2. Strong technical background with an in-depth understanding of application solutions.
  3. Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, Hospital Information System and other software applications.
D. Experience:
  1. 5+ years experience in sales, specifically in application development and integration.
E. Education:
  1. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
