Job details
- Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
- Installing, aligning, dismantling, and moving stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Operating machine tools to fabricate parts required during the overhaul, maintenance, or set-up of machinery.
- Adjusting machinery and repairing or replacing defective parts.
- Aligning and testing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Participating in safety audits and adhering to workplace safety policies and regulations.
- Operate the CNC and manual milling machines to produce precision components for industrial knives and blades
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures and workpieces based on the Job Specifications.
- Set up the milling machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures and workpieces
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified Trade
- MINIMUM 3-5 Year's MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR &
- SETTER experience
