This is a full-time on-site/office role for a Quantity Surveyor Waterproofing Engineer at AMIM CO in Abu Dhabi Emirate, Dubai United Arab Emirates. The Quantity Surveyor Waterproofing Engineer will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting related to waterproofing and insulation projects. WIR/MIR, Prepares Shop Drawings, Materials estimate

Study the client drawings for the Project (Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details). Daily Report Qualifications

Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
Experience in preparing BOQs and cost planning
Ability to work on fast-track projects efficiently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
Knowledge of waterproofing and insulation systems is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any relative field -Proficient in Microsoft office, Auto CAD 2D
