Section Head - Employee Relations | HR Management

Company Description MESC Specialized Cables is a manufacturer of industrial, instrumentation, and process control cables, meeting international standards and certifications. With a strong presence in the Middle East, GCC, and North Africa markets, MESC has established itself as a reputable brand in the cables industry, operating globally from its headquarters in Riyadh, KSA. Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Supervisor role at MESC located in Riyadh Region. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for HR management, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining HR policies on-site. Qualifications
  1. Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies skills
  2. Employee Relations and Performance Management experience
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  6. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
