The Talent Management In charge supports the Talent Management Manager in executing and managing talent-related programs and initiatives. This role involves assisting with talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and retention strategies. The Talent Management Incharge plays a key role in implementing HR practices that align with organizational goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management programs.
- Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Help manage performance improvement plans and monitor progress.
- Produce reports and statistics of different performance progress of all departments.
- Suggest continuously effective practices to improve the PM process.
- Employee Development:
- Coordinate training and development programs in alignment with organizational needs.
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing or sourcing appropriate learning resources.
- Track and report on employee participation and effectiveness of development programs.
- Talent Retention and Engagement:
- Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and analysing results to identify areas for improvement.
- Help implement programs and activities that promote a positive work environment and employee retention.
- Succession Planning:
- Assist in the development and execution of succession planning processes.
- Support the identification of high-potential employees and help in creating development plans for key roles.
- Data and Reporting:
- Maintain and update talent management records and databases.
- Generate and analyse reports on talent management metrics, such as turnover rates and training effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve talent management practices.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in all talent management activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement in talent management processes.
- General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Management Manager and HR team as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating talent management events, workshops, and meetings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field. • Understanding of talent management principles, performance management, and employee development. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in HR software and talent management systems. • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.Working Conditions:
