Target Recruitment a member of WMS Group (15C7744) Server & Security Engineer (Offshore Marine / O&G) - West Location: Pandan Road Salary: $4,300 to $4,800 Work Week: Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm) Minimum Qualification: Diploma Experience: 3 years Job Description / Requirements Responsibilities: Hardware and software application support, network/server infrastructure maintenance, Administration of Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint. NAS backup and Acronis cloud backup. Troubleshooting network/servers/security-related issues. Participating in IT projects, infrastructure upgrades. Assist in IT-related audits. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer related fields. At least 3 years’ relevant experience in server maintenance and support, application support, network infrastructure maintenance, Firewall configuration, Cloud backup, VMWare, VPN maintenance, SDWAN, Layer 3 switches, Load balancing, and failover. At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in server and security-related support. Experience in Disaster Recovery (DRP), Business Continuity (BCP), server, and network security. Knowledge of Linux, MS SQL, or any Database. Team Viewer Remote Support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking end users. Experience in first-level ERP system support, if any.
