Job Overview

We are seeking a senior Commercial Lead (Commercial Director/Associate Director level) to lead large-scale and prestigious projects in KSA (Riyadh and NEOM – remote location). These projects include airports, mixed-use developments, cultural facilities, hospitality ventures, residential projects, infrastructure initiatives, and power/energy schemes. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial teams of professionals with expertise in quantity surveying, construction management, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and other related fields.
  • Drive quality and excellence in all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that commercial operations are aligned with Turner & Townsend's values and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to maximize value and minimize risks, working closely with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing proactive support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of growth and development within the team, identifying opportunities for talent development and succession planning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant working experience in the discipline.
  • Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc).
  • Proactive, quality-driven, self-motivated, and hands-on team leader with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management.
  • Experience in leading teams of professionals with a strength in growing and developing people.
