Maintenance Manager

What you will be doing:

• Assisting the Director of Engineering and Assistant Chief Engineer with technical expertise for all assignments
• Handling team schedules and their task management to ensure meeting the timelines for the project
• Overlooking all the admin tasks and tools that the department requires to run efficiently
• Supporting all departments for their requests and requirements for smooth operations

Qualifications: Your experience and skills include:

• Proven track record in a similar job role for at least 2 years in a 5 Star Resort in UAE
• Resort experience is preferred
• Technical education background and related diplomas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work in a busy work schedule
• Team player who can get things done and continuously work on team skill development
• Strong admin and IT skills for reporting and related tasks
