About the job: Key responsibilities: Social Media Oversight: Spearhead our social media strategies and campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand voice and business goals. Maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all platforms. Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks, such as organizing CEUs for online courses, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all licensing requirements are up-to-date. Project and Team Management: Monitor ongoing projects, keep the team aligned with set deadlines, and ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Act as a central point of contact for all team communications. Operational Efficiency: Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in workflows and procedures. Deadline Enforcement: Implement and oversee a system to track project progress and ensure deadlines are met, providing reports and updates to senior management. Team Coordination: Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative ideas and solutions. Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively to ensure that each project receives the attention necessary to meet or exceed expectations. Quality Control: Maintain high standards across all outputs from the team, ensuring all content and projects reflect the company's standards of excellence. Strategy Implementation: Help implement strategic plans set by the upper management, ensuring they are understood and followed by the team. Client and Partner Liaison: Act as the liaison between the company and external partners or clients, ensuring communication is effective and professional. Candidate must be available to work from 5:30 am - 2:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Eastern Standard Time).
