Key responsibilities and outcomes include the successful financial management and KPI performance of all beverage related products, also to deliver, plan and manage activations and relationships with key partners, whilst also building platforms for the strategic development of team members and implementation of best in class beverage products for operational excellence. THE RIGHT FIT To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess: A collaborative leadership style - fostering teamwork and accountability Diligence in meeting deadlines and outcomes Demonstrated ability operating in a high-visibility, cross functional environment prioritising and managing multiple demands A forward-thinking and proactive mindset Experience working to and delivering on budgets with the ability to optimise costs 5+ years’ experience in the F&B industry in a multi-outlet / multi-venue organisation 5+ years experiencing forecasting demand and supply in an F&B environment Possession of a drivers licence and car is preferred as travel to other venues is required A current NSW RSA and experience working with site-specific liquor licences APPLY If you believe you are the right fit and possess and can demonstrate our values day to day, then come join us.
