About the role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join the company’s legal team in a 6-month contract role. In this multi-faceted role operating in a fast-paced and highly commercial environment, you will also enjoy making a broader contribution to the business and be a trusted advisor on a wide range of legal and risk issues. You will be responsible for advising the business on a variety of legal issues including commercial contracting, research and development, compliance, tenders, and supply agreements. About you You will have 3+ years PQE and some corporate and/or commercial law experience. Experience drafting commercial contracts and assisting with corporate compliance matters is preferred. You will be adaptable, service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
