We are looking for a "Warranty Specialist" for our well-known global partner.Responsibilities ;• Following suppliers warranty procedures properly and implementing at dealers • Managing dealer warranty claims and submitting to Suppliers (OEM) on time• Following supplier claim status • Preparing data for invoicing from dealers and to suppliers.• Making claim analysis to follow major quality issues• Monthly reports for claim payments / reimbursement and top parts • Doing dealer warranty audits digital or at the place to check processes • Managing core value return parts delivery timely.• Following legal requirements for warranty operation timely Qualifications ;• Min 2 years experience on warranty administration • University degree • Min B2 level English• Advanced level usage of office programs. ( Excel should be advanced level )
