The British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) is currently seeking a Private Equity Venture and Growth Co-op Student/Intern for the Summer and/or Fall (May to August or December 2025) work terms to support the Venture and Growth team. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will work with our Venture and Growth team ($1 Billion strategy) based within the Private Equity department which manages a portfolio of approximately $28.3 billion in global private equity investments. Investments include direct investments in private companies as well as partnerships with leading venture capital and growth equity firms. The portfolio is expected to grow significantly over the coming years, with an increased emphasis on direct investments. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING You will assist the Venture and Growth team in screening live investment opportunities, summarizing market intelligence, performing financial analysis, and finding ways to enhance the existing portfolio.
