About the role: E-Mobility is a fast-growing sector central to Origin’s strategic goals, with the 360 EV team leading innovation in fleet electrification, employee EV benefits, and charging infrastructure solutions. The Business Development Lead, E-Mobility, focuses on driving fleet sales growth by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored EV solutions to business customers. This role involves consulting on business cases, addressing adoption challenges, and managing the deployment of EV solutions like leasing, fleet management, and charging infrastructure. Through strong relationships and cross-functional collaboration, you will help accelerate the transition to electrified fleets. Drive sales of Origin EV Fleet solutions by:Identifying target customers, crafting tailored pitches, and securing agreements, with a focus on fleet operators, sustainability leaders, and senior decision-makers. Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline to accelerate the adoption of mobility products. Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to agreement execution. Collaborate with internal Origin teams, particularly within E-Mobility and Origin Zero, to deliver a seamless and coordinated customer experience. Serve as the primary advocate for Origin’s Fleet solutions, educating customers on their benefits, value propositions and helping to inform buying process changes. Function as a trusted advisor by demonstrating expertise in Origin’s mobility product suite and offering tailored recommendations based on customer requirements. Address and overcome customer barriers and objections through maintaining current, comprehensive industry knowledge to drive successful adoption of mobility solutions. What will you bring? You are a results-driven professional with proven B2 B sales , complemented by technical knowledge in EV technology , fleet management, and sustainability solutions. 5 years of experience in business development, specializing in strategic and enterprise customers. Expertise in Fleet Management , E-Mobility , Automotive, or Energy Efficiency industries. Proven ability to foster strong relationships and identify new business opportunities. Skilled in leveraging customer engagement tools and relationship management technologies. Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented professional with financial acumen and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. So, why join us?
