Due to high growth, we are hiring qualified Exercise Physiologists with strong cardiac recognition and interpretation skills to join our Clinical Operations Team as a Cardiac Physiologist.This exciting role also requires PC proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.Please note, this is a non-patient facing role. Main duties of the job Work Schedule:Monday - Friday: 40 hours per work week - must have the ability/flexibility to work between the core hours 8am - 6pm. We are unable to offer part time/condensed hours.This is a Full-Time, Remote within the UK role. However, the team will meet quarterly onsite in Bagshot, Surrey (travel and accommodation costs are eligible for reimbursement).Candidates must be a UK resident and able to evidence they have the Right to Work in the UK. Job responsibilities Responsibilities:Review patients' ECG data and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness, utilising i Rhythm's Quality Analysis tools.Effectively communicate ECG abnormalities as required and in accordance with physician notification protocol.Perform 100% quality assurance of the final report sent to physicians and provide report format modifications & additions as requested.Maintain compliance with job-specific proficiency requirements, including completion of CCT (US) certification.Continuously develop clinical knowledge, particularly ECG rhythm interpretation skills.Communicate with internal and external customers as required.What's in it for you:i Rhythm provides excellent benefits including Private Medical & Dental insurance, Pension Scheme (with company match), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Life Assurance, Unlimited Access to Learning Platforms, Paid Holidays & Leave, Family Friendly Policies, Cultural Committee/Charity events, and so much! Person Specification Experience Significant post-qualified experience working as an Exercise Physiologist.Extensive work experience in a Cardiology Dept / Unit or in an area with focus on ECG monitoring for example ICU / ED or Exercise / CPET Lab.Knowledge of medical terminology specific to Cardiology. Qualifications BSc in related subject.Recognised ECG interpretation certificate e.g. SCST Certificate of ECG qualification or you must be prepared to obtain this certification while in role. Skills & Abilities Excellent attention to detail.Positive attitude and team player.Ability to use critical thinking skills.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.Great work ethic and a desire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our clients and patients.
