- Master the art of custom installations, including:
- Paving stones, slabs, and flagstone
- Water features and drainage systems
- Natural stone walls (hand-stacked or machine-built)
- Low-voltage lighting and irrigation
- Softscapes
- Experience: 2+ years of formal training or 5+ years of field experience in landscape construction.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Reading plans, material take-offs, and operating equipment (skid steers, excavators, transit levels, and more).
- Qualifications: Valid BC Driver’s License with Heavy Trailer Endorsement, First Aid Certificate.
