- Act as the main technical contact for public sector customers, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous support of cutting-edge solutions.
- Provide expert advice on Networking & Security solutions to drive customer success.
- Lead technical discussions, identifying challenges and offering tailored solutions.
- ️ Work closely with sales, engineering, and support teams to deliver top-tier service.
- Monitor and optimise client performance, proactively driving improvements.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in networking and cybersecurity.
- ️ Strong background in Networking & Security and hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Proven experience working with public sector clients (government, education, healthcare, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business value.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role within the tech or cybersecurity industry.
