We are a full service firm that provides assurance, accounting, tax, and advisory services. We have a vast array of clients in several different industries located within the greater Calgary area. We are looking for an energetic and personable individual that is able to work well independently, as well as in a team environment. This busy position offers a lot of variety, with duties ranging from answering phone calls, greeting clients, tracking mail & courier packages, assisting with billings and collections, and other administrative duties as required. Responsibilities · Organize, coordinate, and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence · Provide administrative support to partners, manager, and client service staff · Provide proactive billing and collection support and coordination · Ability to prioritize and multitask with minimal supervision to meet multiple deadlines · Ability to deal with sensitive client information with a high degree of tact and discretion · Ability to answer phones and forward calls to the appropriate staff in a courteous manner Qualifications · 1-3 years of experience · Strong organizational and time management skills · Strong telephone skills · Exceptional and attentive customer service skills · Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite. Experience with QuickBooks would be an asset. · Ability to work well with others in a professional manner · Fluent in English
