- A part of the development team as a UI Engineer working in C++, focusing on building and enhancing low latency applications with significant user interface components.
- Have an impact across various aspects of electronic trading, including core trading systems and user-facing applications.
- Collaborate closely with a diverse group of investment management professionals—quantitative analysts, developers, traders, and operations staff—to design and develop cutting-edge systems that keep us at the forefront of the industry.
- Proficient in Windows-based application development using C++/C, STL, MFC, WxWidgets, and Win32.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing multithreaded and distributed systems.
- Advanced understanding of distributed network architecture.
- Skilled in low-level optimisation techniques on Windows/Linux x86/64 platforms.
- Experience with Linux/GCC development toolchain and Linux Red Hat.
- Experience working within a mature continuous development process highly desirable
- Strong experience in designing and implementing user interfaces.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Equities, Futures, or Options asset classes.
- Familiarity with market data feed handlers and execution gateways.
- Experience working within a mature continuous development process.
- Professional experience in a front-office trading desk-aligned role.
