Risk Compliance Assurance Governance & Support Lead The OpportunityAt APA, our purpose is simple: to strengthen communities through responsible energy. We now have an exciting opportunity available for a RCA Governance & Support Lead to join our Networks Risk, Compliance & Assurance team in Eagle Farm QLD, Thomastown VIC, or Kidman Park SA, on a Permanent full time basis. Reporting to the Manager - Networks Risk, Compliance & Assurance, you will champion a strong risk culture and provide support to all areas of the Networks Group. Key Responsibilities Identify and provide data driven insights to the business in relation to risk, compliance and assurance (RCA) activity - including quality assurance for actions to improve the management of risk and compliance. Internal Management Reporting and oversee the provision of document and content management support for Networks. Assist with investigations into significant operational incidents as required to ensure due process is maintained and facilitate effective and timely reporting and communications processes. Assist with execution and support of internal, external and regulatory audits. Partner strategically and build strong and trusting relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, geographically dispersed with diverse perspectives and priorities. About You Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant work experience in a relevant discipline. Proven industry experience in relation to risk, compliance and assurance management. Experience in improving business management systems, processes, and procedures. Proven track record in leading staff and managing business relationships. Motivates others to take accountability for the delivery of safe and environmentally sustainable outcomes. About the Team Networks manages and operates transmission pipelines and local distribution networks that deliver gas to around 1.4 million households and businesses across Australia. This is an exciting time for the Networks team as we are growing and expanding with many new projects, including the 2032 Olympics.
