We are looking for Construction Superintendents who have the knowledge, skills and ability to lead diverse scopes of work on various projects around Western Canada. Role Responsibilities:
  • Superintendents are ultimately responsible for managing all daily construction activities on their site.
  • Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
  • Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
  • Oversee day-to-day field activities. Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
Role Requirements:
  • The individual will need to demonstrate experience in commercial, retail petroleum, or light industrial construction
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Superintendent level work experience on projects in the $1 - $10 million range
  • Must have computer skills and effective typing, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Have the capacity to learn and become proficient in a variety of technologies
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract requirements
  • Willingness to travel out of town is an asset
