We are currently hiring for a talented and experience Head of Sales to join our growing team. You are a self-motivated professional with an outstanding track record in sales. Position Overview The Head of Sales plays a major strategic role within the firm. The successful candidate is tasked with implementing sales strategies that further the company’s business agenda and drives revenue generation. The Head of Sales will work with the Executive Team to identify and onboard new Advisor Partners as well as play a critical role in the overall business development of the firm. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the entire investment industry landscape, the different operating registration models, and be able to identify opportunities to assist independent minded advisors in moving their practice forward. What You Will Do · Assess advisor population and identify candidates who would benefit from the ACPI platform and share similar standards. · Articulate the ACPI platform and how its flexible nature can address the needs of a variety of advisor registration categories. · Generate interest through industry events · Work with the executive team to help shape the platform to address the needs of potential advisors that meet the firm’s standards. · Have extensive knowledge on the various platforms and technology solutions available to an advisor. You Will Bring · Degree in Marketing, Business or a relevant sales field · At least 5 years of sales experience in the investment industry (IIROC or PM)· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Initiative and the ability to work independently within an overarching team structure · Ability to leverage technology to enhance analysis and execution · An understanding of advisor practices and the ability to foster open communication What We Bring We are committed to a positive employee experience fostered through an open and collaborative work environment.
