Project Management Officer

Job Title: PMO Manager Locations: Mississauga, ON (3 Days Onsite Hybrid) Duration: 11 Months+ Description: Seeking a seasoned professional with proven track record of PMO or Program/Portfolio Management within the Technology, Banking or Consultancy industry. Engaging and tracking with the PM community to deliver on tight deadlines. Position includes taking an active part in delivery itself as well. Documentation preparation & review, strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Traditional, Agile & Hybrid) required. Responsibilities: Lead a team of PMs to ensure delivery of projects in accordance with SDLC procedures which include many regulatory and compliance mandates. Manage release cycles, write/review project documentation and ensure that project/program administration related tasks are done. Oversee project/program coordination for several areas within the Rates/Markets program/project portfolio. Assist technology leads and project managers in managing a portfolio of programs and projects Managing several project metrics and associated KPIs periodically. Enforce a culture of SDLC best practices across the group. Maintain existing departmental and Project Office policies and procedures. Utilize proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards, scorecards, and analysis of KPI's.
