- Generate leads, prospect new or active companies , and promote FedEx services to meet their business needs.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts while implementing retention strategies.
- Conduct needs analysis, present tailored FedEx solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Keep CRM records up-to-date and ensure accurate data management.
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience is required.
- A self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven individual.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets!
