Location: Hamilton Industry: Manufacturing/Engineering Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Machine and Engineering Shop Foreman to lead a team of production workers, including machine operators, assemblers, and fabricators. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations and oversee machinery maintenance, especially hydraulic systems. If you have a strong background in hydraulics and enjoy managing a team, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate production activities to meet goals.
2. Motivate and support team members to perform their best.
3. Oversee machinery, including hydraulic systems, and resolve issues.
4. Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
5. Provide guidance, training, and handle recruitment and personnel matters.

Skills & Experience:

1. Leadership skills to guide and motivate the team.
2. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to manage time and balance tasks effectively.
5. Commitment to safety and adaptability in a changing work environment.

Required Qualifications:

1. Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
2. Hydraulic Certifications (e.g., Fluid Power Certification).
3. Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting.
4. Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and machinery.
