About the Role Develops and maintains expertise in one or more areas to implement and support solutions. Expertise means recognized and confirmed skills relating to a technology, product, equipment or a methodological area. Contributes to technical analyses with his/her expertise. Participates in demonstrating the company's know-how through technical and commercial actions. Is an actor in the capitalization and technological reuse carried out by the technical department. Makes recommendations upstream of the project and then participates in the audit and problem solving throughout the project. Intervenes and monitors the development of technically complex or innovative customer solutions. Activities Technical Advice: Analyzes a technical and/or methodological problem in relation to customer issues. Makes recommendations autonomously based on the analyses previously defined. Proposes the appropriate solution based on an expressed customer need. Carries out technical expertise intended to develop the proposed offer or to improve the existing service. Advises and implements a solution on a methodological and/or technical level in a specialist area. Maintains his/her expertise by monitoring and following up on the Engineering field. Knows how to develop a software and/or system engineering approach that meets the customer's needs. Studies and simplifies the achievements resulting from the integration of several solutions. Identifies and corrects inconsistencies or errors of an integrated solution in its domain of expertise. Audit: Provides an objective and constructive analysis of the actions carried out and the results obtained. Maintains its methodological expertise in the audit by monitoring and follow-up of the domain. May be in charge of auditing a scope on a mission. Project Management: Participates in the realization of projects of average importance by evaluating the progress of its scope, making reliable and adapted reporting, and identifying and correcting the anomalies detected by writing the technical documentation assigned to it. Sets up adapted technical documentation, integrating the project methodology in force in the company. Customer Relationship Management: Listens to and analyzes the customer's request, carrying out a diagnosis to determine the customer's needs and proposing the appropriate solution. Informs and advises the customer in their interest. Participates in the development of a commercial proposal on its technical part. Creates networks and develops partnerships in their field of expertise. Defines and follows an action plan on the development of their network and partnerships in their field of expertise. Reports on their activity. Ensures compliance with the site's safety, health and environmental instructions. Ensures the reporting of malfunctions and good practices (health, safety and environment). Required Experience Between two and five years of experience in his/her field of expertise. Has participated in the design phases of several projects or subsets of projects, possibly having functionally supervised Design Engineers. Has played a role as a technological and/or methodological referent on several projects of medium to simple complexity. Has successfully demonstrated both theoretical and practical mastery in a methodological and/or technological field. His expertise must be the subject of certification and/or recognition by peers. About You English proficiency: Written and oral expression skills in the context of professional relationships. Expected Level: Understands professional explanations, engages in conversations, makes prepared presentations, and can read technical business documentation. Knowledge of the technical or functional environment: Technical knowledge of the IT domain(s) covered necessary for the activity. Expected Level: Chooses the right technical solution, adapts it if necessary, establishes new usage processes, implements, adapts, and optimizes the technical solution. Knowledge of partners/customers and their environment: Understand the customer's expectations and contextual elements influencing choices. Expected Level: Identify and anticipate the customer's need, understand and analyze the economic context influencing the customer's choice. Diagnose and propose a solution: Know how to listen to and analyze the customer's request. Expected Level: Identifies, proposes, and optimizes action plans in complex situations.
