Kei a koe te mana I The choice is yours As the OTC specialist, you will play a pivotal role contributing in digital transformation initiatives enabled by S/4 HANA. The role sits within EY’s Technology Consulting service line and the functional domain is Order to Cash (SAP SD, TM, CS). You will be responsible for business process design, analysing requirements and providing functional solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will have a solid track record of managing and delivering SAP OTC solutions. This is a full-time opportunity based in Auckland, New Zealand. Responsibilities:

1. Spearheading the conceptualization, design, and implementation of SAP OTC solutions, offering guidance, and overseeing team performance.
2. Interpreting business process requirements and presenting tailored SAP OTC strategies to meet client needs, considering budgetary constraints and timeline.
3. Supervising all stages of the project, from initial planning to go-live and support, managing timelines and coordinating resources for various projects or project phases.
4. Providing clients with continuous support and improvements during the post-implementation period.
5. Delivering comprehensive training to users to maximize their understanding and utilization of new SAP OTC systems.
6. Working closely with technical developers to facilitate the execution of specified changes, as and when required.
7. Maintaining pristine project documentation, ensuring updated records of the project progress and next steps.

What we’re looking for:

1. Few years of experience working with SAP OTC.
2. Proven experience in SAP OTC work streams with a focus on Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail and Wholesale.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP SD, TM, and CS modules, as well as CRM, SFDC, and Supply Chain Management processes would be a nice to have.
4. Proven record of successfully handling multiple projects at once.
5. Excellent project-management, problem-solving and leadership skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated client-consultation experience.
7. Proficient knowledge of interdependencies of SAP modules.
